Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, Hedge End

My stay was quite disappointing overall. While I found the room to be visually appealing at first, I faced multiple issues, including poor service at the bar and significant maintenance problems. Breakfast was chaotic, and the lift was out of order, which added to my frustration. There's potential here, but many aspects need improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, particularly enjoying the beautiful rooms with fantastic views and the amazing spa facilities. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made my stay very enjoyable. However, I did find the dining options could quickly become repetitive, and a few service oversights occurred. Overall, it offers good value for money for a relaxing getaway.
